Notice of 2007 Annual General Meeting


Defence for Children International-Canada will hold an Annual General Meeting on:

The business to be considered at this Annual General Meeting will include:

1. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on April 10, 2007.
   
2. Report of the Executive Director, Les Horne
   
3. Approval of the Actions of the Board
   
4. Approval of Audited Financial Statements
   
5. Appointment of Auditor
   
6. Election of Directors
